And in California, it's also one of the hardest things to make real.

Since 2010, Lighthouse Escrow has stood in the quiet middle of that moment, between a stack of contracts and a set of keys. We've walked thousands of families through the part nobody talks about at the dinner table.

We do it because we believe in what's on the other side: a first home, a growing family's next chapter, generational wealth that wasn't there a generation ago.

The Lighthouse Escrow Invitational is how we pour that gratitude back out. One day. One course. One chance to put down the contracts, pick up our clubs, and direct real resources to organizations doing the harder work of guiding our neighbors home.

100% of net proceeds go directly to the California organizations we've selected as this year's beneficiaries, to be announced at the awards ceremony. These are the people doing the harder work of guiding our neighbors home through food, shelter, housing access, and care. Your seat at the table is also a seat in their corner.

Do I need to be a great golfer?
Not at all. The format is scramble, which means your team plays the best ball after every shot. Serious golfers and good-natured beginners both have a place here.
What if I don't have a foursome?
Reserve a Single Tee Time and we'll pair you with three other players. It's a great way to meet new people in the industry, and we promise to put you with a fun group.
Can my spouse or guest come without golfing?
Yes. The VIP Clubhouse Pass is $75 per person and includes access to the VIP tent with OC's top agents, lunch, and the Closing Reception & Awards. A great option for partners or colleagues who want to be part of the day without playing the round.
What's actually in the VIP tent?
The VIP Clubhouse is the indoor-outdoor lounge where players and guests gather between the round and the reception. Top-producing agents, lenders, escrow professionals, and our event partners all pass through. Open bar, light bites, and the highest-trust networking moment of the day.
Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Lighthouse Escrow Charitable, Inc. is a 501(c)(3). The tax-deductible portion of your registration will be confirmed in writing after the event. Consult your tax advisor for specifics.
When is the registration deadline?
Registration closes when the field fills, or July 28, 2026, whichever comes first. With only 36 foursomes available, don't wait.
